New Member Application Membership is limited to residents (owners & renters) of the Belmont Bay community. Membership year runs from 1 April - 31 March. | Membership Information Individual Membership $50 – One Time Initiation Fee $22 – One Year Membership $25 – Gate Card Family Membership (family members residing in same household)* $100 – One Time Initiation Fee $45– One Year Membership $25 – Gate Card Annual Renewal $22 - Individual One Year Membership $45 – Family One Year Membership On-Site Storage $120 (per storage space per year) – based on availability Guest Pass $5 per guest (one time use) |

At this time, there is no on-site storage available. Please let us know if you would like to be added to the storage wait list.
Please note that eligible members are current residents of Belmont Bay and in good standing with the HOA. Once we verify your eligibility, we will provide you with a link to apply.
